Additions to Gallery and more

Jonathan has been seen out and about in Los Angeles and New York City as he attends “The Tudors” premieres and makes the press rounds. He is also setting up his new home in Los Angeles. E! Online has a great video interviewing Jonny from the Los Angeles premiere. Be sure to watch the whole thing.

I’m slowly adding images from this week’s events (as well as past ones). There are so many new goodies for us to enjoy but I have not had the time to keep up. I’m sorry about that! Newest additions to the Gallery:

New Tudors Stills

Added some lovely new stills from “The Tudors”: 9 new stills and replaced one previous small image with a larger one.

And thanks to everyone who has visted and enjoyed the gallery… the views have hit over 1 million! Considering the new gallery has only been up since August, I can only imagine what the stats would be if I’d been tracking them over the years. This also made me realize that coming this October will be the 10 year anniversary of the JRMfansite! Crazy! I will have to think of a special way to celebrate and thank all of you that have visited, helped, supported, and encouraged this fansite to grow through the years.

Press for Children of Haung Shi

Added 8 images from a recent press conference held in China for “The Children of Haung Shi”. Jonathan took part with his co-stars Radha Mitchell and Chow Yun-Fat.

There’s also video from the press conference up on Sina (I wasn’t able to get this to work but it may work for others.) And during the press conference it was announced that the world premiere of the film is scheduled to be held in Huang Shi in November 2007 (thanks to Michelle Yeoh Info for this news).

JRMfansite livejournal community

I’ve opened up a livejournal community for the JRMfansite. Anytime I post news or updates to the site it will be cross-posted to the livejournal. I may upgrade to a paid account so I can make it look a lot better but in terms of functionality, the cross-posting works.

The main purpose of the livejournal however, is for me to have a backup in case of any downtime with this site. Considering “The Tudors” is coming out soon, this site’s traffic is bound to increase and there’s the potential for bandwidth or server issues. Since there has been downtime in the past, this livejournal is my way to still update all of you about any site problems if you can’t access the JRMfansite directly.

I hope this is useful for those who use livejournal but also for those who want to know what is happening with the site if it ever goes down and you can’t reach me.

New Stills released

Sony Pictures Classic has released new stills from “The Children of Huang Shi” with a to be announced release date in 2007. 10 stills were added to the Gallery.
