Albert Nobbs coming soon on DVD

“Albert Nobbs” is being released on DVD and Blu-ray on May 15. They are both available for preorder on Amazon. The Blu-ray release will contain an audio commentary and deleted scenes. There are no further details on who is doing the audio commentary or what the delete scenes contain. No reviews yet on the release.

Doodle by Jonathan Rhys Meyers up for auction

Jonathan has contributed to a charity auction for National Doodle Day. Various celebrities have contributed doodles over the years to raise money to support the work of Epilepsy Action. Jonathan’s work is up for auction on Ebay. The auction ends March 11.

Albert Nobbs official website & release dates

The official website for “Albert Nobbs” is finally up! You can view images, the trailer, and learn more information about the film. Two new images from the site have been added to the Gallery. A limited run of the film to qualify for the Academy Awards begins December 21 in New York City and December 23 in Los Angeles. It will open wider on January 27 in the US. It will also openi in Australia this month and across Europe starting in February.
