Albert Nobbs finally confirmed and a go!

Filming on “Albert Nobbs” is set to begin this Monday in Dublin, Ireland. Glenn Close herself has confirmed that Jonathan will indeed be in the film in a small role. Brendan Gleeson and Maria Doyle Kennedy have also joined the cast along with Janet McTeer, Mia Wasikowska, and Aaron Johnson. The film will be shooting for seven weeks around Dublin and Wicklow. Jonny recording in his near future?

Radio 2 has posted a wonderful interview with Jonathan recorded during the 2010 Abu Dhabi Film Festival. He talks about his travels in the area, his career experiences, Belle du Seigneur, as well as talks about his family during which Jonathan reveals information about recording next year with his brother! New publicity stills!

Banana Films has posted the first publicity stills from “Belle du Seigneur”. The 3 new stills were added to the Gallery. Filming is reportedly started in locations around Italy, Geneva, and Luxembourg. Casting calls for extras have gone out for some location shoots.

Gorgeous Jonathan on new magazine cover!

Jonathan is featured in a stunning photo on the cover of the special Men’s Issue of Irish Tatler for Autumn/Winter 2010. The photograph is featured in a new book of photography by Barry McCall, titled “PHO20GRAPHY”. The proceeds from the sale of this book are being donated to the ISPCC, Irelands oldest children’s charity. The photograph of Jonathan was shot during the Irish Film & Television Award Show at the Burlington Hotel in Dublin.
