Isn’t it odd that the show got a nomination for outstanding casting, yet none of the actors cast got nominated? Hmm…

I thought for sure all three would be nominated — Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Maria Doyle Kennedy and Sam Neill! Unbelievable! Rome didn’t get any best actor nominations either. Both shows deserved awards. If not the Emmy’s then maybe they’ll be nominated for Golden Globes.

I’m in shock and very depressed. The show itself didn’t even get nominated, much less any of the actors. I thought Jonny was in for sure. The powers that be usually love that kind of program. Last year Elizabeth won everything.
