Tudors premiere

Showtime is having a premiere for “The Tudors” on Monday, March 26th at 6:45pm. It’s being held at the Egyptian Theater on Hollywood Blvd. No further details yet but it’s highly likely Jonathan will be attending since he is the star of the show.     I’m pretty excited because on top of attending the premiere and after-party, I’ve gotten the okay from the American Cinematheque (who owns the Egyptian Theater and for which I do a lot of volunteering) to get posters signed for fundraising purposes. So, I have a reason to get extra close and personal to JRM. Tee hee. I went and bought an awesome “Velvet Goldmine” poster to get signed. I’m so excited. Especially since two years ago when I got to go to the Emmys, I didn’t get to see him. :o ( => ;o)

    Melodie, I would come down there in a heartbeat, but I don’t see it posted on the Egyptian calendar! Is it really going to happen?

    dreameire – it’s not on the Egyptian calendar because it’s a private event not open to the public like all the other film screenings they have there.
