Please join the JRMfansite in wishing Jonathan a very happy 40th birthday! It’s been a wonderful year for Jonathan who welcomed a beautiful baby boy, Wolf, into his life with his lovely wife Mara. Jonathan is currently in Venice, Italy filming an adaption of “The Aspern Papers”, a novella by Henry James with “The Tudors” co-star Joely Richardson. London Town premiere details

The BFI London Film Festival has announced the filmmakers and actors scheduled to appear for various premieres. From “London Town”, director Derrick Borte and actors Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Dougray Scott, Daniel Huttlestone, Natascha McElhone, Nell Williams, and Anya McKenna-Bruce are listed. Derrick Borte also confirmed the news on Twitter that there will be a red carpet premiere of the film with the cast in attendance. You can still purchase tickets to various screenings online. The 12th Man filming details announced

Variety recently reported more details on the production of “The 12th Man”. Jonathan is still attached to the film in a supporting role, which is already in production. Co-produced by Norway’s Motion Blur (co-owned by Zwart), the $6.8 million tells the story of Norwegian war hero Jan Baalsrud, who was one of 12 Norwegian resistance fighters crossing the North Sea on a fishing boat, to blow up the Bardufoss Airport in March 1943, during the Nazi occupation. London Town trailer and upcoming European premiere!

“London Town” will have its European premiere at the BFI London Film Festival on October 11. You can buy tickets online now for several screenings.
